Healthcare Facility Development

This 30,000 sq. ft. healthcare facility for Dr. Sanjay Singh (Flamingo Hospital LLP) was designed and executed to meet high structural reliability and modern hospital planning standards. Developed in collaboration with Architect Mr. Deepak Thakkare (Vistaar Architect, New Mumbai ), Interior Designer Mr. Rajesh Yadav ( RY & Associates , Borivali, Mumbai ) and RCC Consultant Mr. Ram Muke, the project features a Basement + Ground + 6 Upper Floors configuration.

 

Our scope included the complete RCC structure and civil works, executed with strict quality control and adherence to safety norms. The project was successfully completed and handed over in 2025, reflecting our commitment to timely delivery and precision-driven construction for healthcare infrastructure.
